4. Incorrect Addresses

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at risenrollcustomerservice@throttle.site, and we will help file a claim with the carrier.


6. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
